PIAA CIPPE Physical Form

SASD’s spring physicals will be offered at the JHS Gymnasium on May 28th. Please make sure you register for an appointment using the sign-up link. If unable to attend, please schedule a pre-participation physical with your primary care physician. Physicals for the fall season must be completed after May 1, 2024.

Emergency Travel Release form

It is the policy of the Stroudsburg Athletic Department that all students must travel to and from events with their team on the bus. Exceptions will be granted ONLY for emergency situations.

2021-22 Varsity S Association Membership Drive The 2021-22 Varsity S membership drive is underway and we need your help. The Varsity S Association is an all-sports booster club that provides vital support to all the athletic teams at Stroudsburg High School. Membership is only $10 and that money goes a long way to helping us fund the support we provide to all our athletic teams and athletes!
